Heartfulness Psychotherapy offers individual counselling and group counselling for adults and youth ages 15 and up. We are three experienced counsellors with different areas of expertise, joined together by our values and heartful approach to therapy. Heartfulness therapy is a way of approaching clients' experiences with an open mind and an open heart, whether it is working with a client’s internal states, like thoughts, feelings, or body sensations, or external circumstances, like relationships, workplace situations, or the situations in your environment. Our goal is to create a sense of trust and comfort as the first stepping stone on the journey to growth, healing, and resilience.
