LEADERSHIP USA was founded in 2017, after several clients asked Laura Stack to split her fee and hold a leadership seminar for their combined companies at a public venue. We now feature world-class leadership experts, bestselling authors, and award-winning speakers each month, filmed in Denver, CO and streamed to thousands more across the country. Our public offerings are open enrollment, so all leaders at all locations are able to participate. Each month, leaders gather in Denver for a 3-hour, highly-interactive learning event in a retreat-like environment. These live events provide the face-to-face interaction learners crave, while allowing them to work with leaders from other companies, which represent a multitude of industries. Concurrently, remote leaders gather in other locations (mostly in home offices and conference rooms) to participate in the event via live streaming. They participate in the learning activities in small groups on their internal video platforms, such as Zoom, Teams, or GoTo. After the live event, the recording is posted online, where teams and individuals can watch the videos on-demand, at their own pace and time.
