A FAMILY AFFAIR Nathan and Svitlana Davis are the co-founders of Tip Top Home Inspectors. While Nathan is the lead Certified Professional Inspector for the firm and takes care of quality control and training, Svitlana handles the marketing and administrative aspects of the business. To say Nathan is a detail-oriented individual would be an understatement, especially when it comes to work involving homes. When Nathan or any member of the Tip Top team inspect a house they typically take 30-45 minutes longer than other inspection firms to ensure nothing is missed. Once the inspection is over, you don’t have to worry about being left to fend for yourself whenever you have a question – Nathan and his team continue to provide support for their clients as long as they need it. Svitlana is originally from Ukraine, where she earned a Master’s Degree in business management. Her organizational skills and administrative know how have been invaluable assets towards the successful day to day operations of Tip Top Home Inspectors.
