I am a gestalt-trained psychotherapist registered with BACP and UKCP. I offer individual therapy from my practice in Balham, south London, as well as online therapy. I take great care to provide a supportive, compassionate, professional service to all my clients and to create a safe, confidential environment. Therapy sessions take place weekly and can be arranged on either a short or long-term basis. I work with adults aged 18 and over and am also a qualified group psychotherapist. People come to therapy for many different reasons, perhaps after a bereavement or major life event, because of relationship difficulties, or struggles with anxiety, depression or self-esteem. I enjoy working with clients from many diverse backgrounds facing a broad range of challenges. I have particular experience working with grief, loss, and bereavement. My approach is warm, insightful, down-to-earth and compassionate.
