The Winner’s Circle Incentive Program is designed to motivate students K-12 to improve academic performance, attendance, and citizenship through valuable and appealing rewards. While NIP is a for profit corporation, it is also a social enterprise with a compelling message. TWC provides free rewards to qualified students through the support of local, regional and national sponsors who provide these rewards. NIP generates revenue from the participation fees that the sponsors pay NIP in addition to providing the rewards. NIP also derives revenue from title sponsorships. TWC program enables sponsors to cost-effectively reach their target and provides them with a forum to support their community. TWC’s model can be quickly expanded geographically leveraging sophisticated telemarketing and the web; as well as expand to other verticals such as athletic leagues, community organizations and church groups.
