The heart of LEP is our questionnaire - reflecting the commercial environment where time and usability are critical, the questionnaire is completed online in approximately 10 minutes. LEP is only available via our team of licensed practitioners and can be used in 1:1 coaching, team facilitation, within leadership development programmes and communication/negotiation workshops.
