ThatMate is a mental wellness app for adolescents(10-19 YO). The app is built around three pillars: i) education- knowledge repository/ in-house developed content to impart knowledge on adolescent-specific mental issues, ii) self-awareness and management: contextual self-help techniques to deal with issues such as stress, anger, loneliness, and iii) seek professional assistance when needed.
