Incubated out of the Harvard Innovation Labs, Koru Strategy Group was founded in 2014 to support meaningful change through transformative professional learning. Our work is focused on impact, evidence, equity, and teaming. We support leadership and educator teams to: - establish lasting norms and best practices for collaborative work - develop and enact strategic plans that are scalable, sustainable, evidence-based, and student-centered - diagnose and design innovative solutions to problems of practice - engage in a practice of continuous improvement that leads to educational equity and long-term systemic change We believe that teams and organizations are successful when they have productive collaboration toward focused goals, evidence-based decision making, an equity lens, and ongoing learning to improve practice. We co-create and customize each engagement to build a comprehensive learning and improvement plan with these foundational elements of high performance culture. We are intentional in establishing strong and trusting relationships, in developing a shared vision for success, and in crafting and executing an arc of professional learning that supports teams to achieve that vision -- and to have evidence of their growth and a compelling story of their impact.
