Washington Homeownerhsip Resource Center (WHRC) provides resources and education to Washingtonians; who are looking to purchase a home, having problems with the home they rent or own, or are facing mortgage default/ foreclosure. WHRC runs a resource hotline that refers callers to housing counselors near them in Washington State. A website is being developed to house and maintain information for Washingtonians to attain successful homeownership. Successful Homeownership is being prepared and educated about the types of housing, how housing can move you closer to your financial goals, or help during income reduction to help retain your home or transition into a home rental.
