Background Floating Festivals (FF) is headquartered in Philadelphia and offers “floating” (that is, customized and yet portable) arts production, management, and consultation services for neighborhoods throughout the country. FF specializes in full-scale festival productions, as envisioned by the communities hosting each cultural celebration. FF offers custom a la carte production and arts service packages for communities with varying presenting capacities, infrastructures, and support bases.
