BETTER WORKFORCE: Provide Veterans with the certification and licensing training needed to go to work in the education field. 4. BETTER FUNDING: Leverage both public and private sector capital funds to increase the efficiency of government funding. Public dollars support infrastructure. Private dollars supports Veterans and Spouses. 5. COLLABORATION AMONG GOVERNMENT AGENCIES: Establish a coordinated and integrated partnership across several government agencies, maximizing government resources and support DOD – Provides Transition Support. VA – Provides Educational Support. DOL – Provides Employment and Job Skills Training. 6. BETTER BUSINESS PRACTICE: Create a Public- Private Partnership to furnish opportunities for Veterans and their Spouses to work as Teachers or in Support Staff jobs that support America’s Schools.
