Recognising the need for a Specialist Medical Recruitment company in the Western Cape, Eta Lyons founded Eta Lyons Medical Recruitment in October 1986. Eta is a qualified Medical Technologist and after completing her training, decided that she wanted to go into sales. She joined Roussel Laboratories ( now part of the Sanofi Group of companies) where she worked for 10 years, 5 years as a Medical Representative and 5 years as an RSM, managing two top performing divisions in the Western and Eastern Cape.
