Global Collateral Control Pty Ltd (GCC) was established in 2006 following years of market research focused on the Collateral Management and related services industry in Sub Saharan and East Africa. The results of the study indicated that services were typically performed by multi-national companies resulted in increased turnaround times with exorbitant costs; and an absence of a credible African service provider. The opportunity was thus seized by the founding shareholders and today GCC has a recognized presence in the region encompassing South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana and Namibia.
