Our vision is for children and young people to be safe from harm and have access to rights, opportunities and meaningful choices. We want all children and young people to be able to meet their full potential. Welcome to my yard International is changing the lives of street connected and at-risk children, young people and families in the worlds most disadvantaged communities so that children and young people can be safe, be inspired, have choices and opportunities and to enable positive futures. Our objectives are to: 1) Increase physical and psychological safety 2) Inspire positive development & growth 3) Create opportunities and choices 4) Enable positive futures We do this by investing capacity building, technical expertise and resources to our partner projects overseas and by raising awareness of our child safe advocacy themes. We draw on voluntary professional and pro-bono services and expertise to develop innovative models of practice and to sustain-ably support our partners. Our partners deliver our unique model of holistic community-based support and evaluation to at- risk and in crisis children and young people. Thus far WTMY has been working with over 3500 children, young people and families at risked.
