Ocean group is a funded startup team of property and technology veterans partnering with major real estate groups in business/tourism/culture/entertainment themed property revitalization, repurposing and leasing operations (flexing time/space sharing). Blending proptech software, hardware technologies with a diverse network of city redevelopment departments, real estate developers, domestic/overseas brand owners, service/content providers, technology and other industry partners. The management team is behind the landmark Shanghai Xintiandi district development, as well as the “Bridge 8” series of downtown revitalization and operation. We are also building a C2B2B2C proptech platform, One Ocean, that connects brands with service providers to unlock new business opportunities and to support younger brands to enter the Chinese market with low entrance costs. Currently, we are operating four projects of total over 800,000 square feet includes Shanghai Bridge 8 and Shenzhen Zetta Bridge where we serve over 2000 brand members.
