Grief is hard, and no child should grieve alone. The Kentucky Center for Grieving Children And Families offers grief support groups and services for youth ages 4-18 and their families and caregivers. 1 in 10 youth in Kentucky will lose a parent or sibling by the age of 18. Without support, bereaved children often have problems in school and experience issues with mental and physical health. The KCGCF is here to support families along their journey by creating safe spaces for children and caregivers to understand and engage with their grief.
