SHFC has been established in 1996 and founded by CA Ramesh Prabhu. The company is established with a vision to provide a “Home” by extending affordable housing loans to such of the aspirants in the Low and Middle income segment of the Society. SHFC provides financial assistance chiefly to the economically weaker section (EWS) and lower income group (LIG) consumer segment by offering customized housing loans for new purchases and repairs along with non-housing loans on easy terms and conditions.
