FWS Properties primarily operates along the M4 Corridor from London to Bristol, providing opportunities for investors to generate an attractive return on their capital through part-funding our property projects. OUR STRATEGY Our primary strategy is to buy freehold blocks, improve them and sell them on as leaseholds, we currently specialise in residential property but are looking to branch out and get involved in mixed use. We also convert one beds flats to two beds, extend leases and consider other strategies where we feel we can add value and generate profit.
