Established by two seasoned managers, the company provides employee engagement services such as: * Compelling mobile learning in either self-learn or facilitated forms via the EngageLife LMS (Learning Management System); * Continuous performance management services via an established PM platform that energises employees & managers; * Measurement of employee engagement levels using sophisticated, continuous, measurement tools. The two owners of the company draw on many years of experience in general management, consulting, facilitating of learning, learning materials development, human resource management, as well as executive mentoring/coaching. The two owners are: Co-founder and Learning Lead: Bryce Biggs who has an extended working career across academia, business, government, and the not-for-profit sector. He has facilitated or tutored for 5 universities - 3 in South Africa and 2 in the United Kingdom. Bryce is a registered assessor and moderator in terms of the NQF and SAQA. He has developed a wide range of learning materials, including courses that are Unit Standard aligned. Co-founder and Human Resource Management (HRM) Lead: Scholim is an advocate as well as an experienced HR Manager with extensive experience in South and East Africa. He provides employee relations advice, assists with the recruitment of senior-level employees, as well as providing general human resource management advice.
