Anamcaara was founded in 2012 and is a division of a larger company, The Chemon Group- an established company based in India for the last 36 years specializing in the sectors of travel, tourism and luxury retail to name a few. We pride ourselves to be a "Gen Y" led and focused organization. At Anamcaara, we are happy people, doing happy work and making happy products and experiences! Anamcaara’s mission and aim is to connect and create synergies between the hospitality industry and social initiatives within India and then expand to developing parts of the world. We envisage building a self sustaining socio-eco system which contributes to the prosperity of local communities within India and globally through our sustainable business ventures. We believe strongly in the notion of being able to share our little or large success with the communities around us, hence CSR is not an extension of our work but is embedded deep in the DNA of Anamcaara.
