Jason’s career represents 25 years of PR and marketing communications experience for category-leading brands including General Mills, Cargill, Land O'Lakes, Target, eyebobs, Life Time, Belvedere Vodka and Pfizer. Before launching Ampere in 2009, Schumann held positions at top agency, corporate and nonprofit settings such as Colle + McVoy, Marshall Field's/Macy’s, Tunheim, Clarity Coverdale Fury, Little and the Minnesota Historical Society. As principal of Ampere, Jason is bringing strategic leadership and program execution to a diverse set of clients – from global brands, nonprofits and start-ups – to becoming an extension of agency and corporate teams. Long-term consulting roles at General Mills, Cargill, Land O'Lakes, The Joyce Foundation and Tastefully Simple have provided an opportunity to lead a variety of integrated marketing communications programs for some of the most respected organizations in the country.
