United Way of Pickens County (SC) is about advancing the common good by creating opportunities for a better life for all. Our focus is on EDUCATION, FINANCIAL STABILITY and COMMUNITY BASIC SERVICES– the building blocks for a good quality of life. We fight for 70% of 3rd graders to read on grade level by 2025. We fight for 3,000 families to be moved out of poverty by 2030. We partner with people and organizations from all across the community who bring the passion, expertise and resources needed to get things done.
