Sourire is a small, CRM consulting company owned by Jonathan McMonagle. With 12 years experience working in small CRM implementations of a few hundred users to global implementations with tens of thousands of users, Jonathan has decided to start his own company. Available to work as an independent consultant on major projects to the providing of complete solutions for smaller companies, Sourire aims to expand on Jonathan's knowledge, reputation and contacts to bring a smile ("Sourire" in French) to clients of Sourire by assisting them to improve their own interactions with their clients.
