Essential elements of the plan included: Valuation, Payment Terms, Agreement in Principle, Definitive Agreement, Disclosure Documents, and Post Closing Activities. • Effectively led the completion of three years of required Audited Financial Statement Restatements necessary due to a government payor billing compliance issue. • Oversaw major re-billings of medical services inappropriately billed to a government payor and internally identified as a major billing compliance issue with state regulations.
