The Chamber & Development Council (CDC) of Crawford County is a non-profit, business development organization in western Iowa. A member of the Western Iowa Advantage, the CDC provides technical and financial assistance to industrial, commercial and retail businesses of all sizes. The CDC operates its own microloan revolving loan fund (RLF) specifically designed to aid small businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs. The CDC also handles retail promotion and marketing services, leadership and business training, and tourism.
