The Pension Sharing Service has grown out of a demand to meet the needs of clients going through divorce and implementing a Pension Sharing Order. We felt that the whole process could be simplified and streamlined offering a much more straightforward service to both solicitors and clients without losing any of the professionalism or rigorous compliance standards which must be met. This gave rise to the launch of The Pension Sharing Service.
