The Johor State Investment Centre (JSIC) was established by the State Government of Johor on the 16th of August 2004 as a unit under the Chief Minister’s Office. The establishment of JSIC is to generate and promote investment opportunities as well as creating a competitive and conducive environment for investors in the State of Johor. In November 2009, JSIC became a part of the State’s Economic Planning Unit (UPEN).
