Founded by Dr. Laura Huey in April 2015, the Canadian Society of Evidence-Based Policing is an association of police practitioners, academic researchers, public policy-makers and others. OUR VISION is for Canadian police agencies actively generating, using, & sharing high quality applied research among police practitioners, the public, policy makers, & researchers OUR MISSION is to empower Canadian police agencies to develop an internal capacity within their agencies to generate, use, and share high quality applied research to help inform evidence-based police practice in Canada.
