Nowa Tepro, with its office and factory in Gdansk, specializes in the engineering, manufacture, assembly, commissioning and maintenance of automotive industry standard automation systems for the assembly and testing of EV batteries and automotive components. The end customers of the assembly lines and stations we produce include the world’s most well-known automotive OEMs and EV battery producers, for whom we have delivered and commissioned assembly equipment all over the world. In 2022, Lyric Automation Germany GmbH (“Lyric Automation”), became the majority shareholder of Nowa Tepro. Lyric Automation, located in Hamburg, Langenhagen and Munich, specializes in the engineering, project management and distribution of high-quality EV battery production and measurement automation systems, and connects the parent company Guangdong Lyric Robot ("Lyric") with the European and North American markets. We at Nowa Tepro will be the cornerstone of Lyric’s endeavour to grow its European engineering and manufacturing capacities under the coordination of its European headquarters at Lyric Automation. By integrating Nowa Tepro and Lyric Automation, car manufacturers and EV battery producers can now order whole lines for EV battery module and pack assembly & testing as well as e-motor assembly lines made in the EU at Lyric Automation / Nowa Tepro. We are also utilizing Lyric’s deep knowhow in EV battery cell manufacturing to localize the production of cell manufacturing equipment here at Nowa Tepro.
