At NW Mechanical Services, our primary objective is to design, supply, install and commission the best heat recovery and central extract ventilation systems on the market, to customers across London and the South East. We specialise in domestic property developments but have the capacity to serve commercial property developments as well. As a result of our attention to detail, efficiency and value for money, we continue to grow steadily with a clear vision on the future. Whilst we offer individual heat recovery and ventilation services, what separates us apart is our ability to provide a one stop shop for all air management systems – be it high end mansions (where privacy is paramount) or large property developments (for national contractors). We enjoy a close working relationship with leading national ventilation company Nuaire, but also install all other major brands such as Itho, Greenwood and Vent Axia. All certificates and insurances are in place and all aspects of health and safety are adhered to, plus our commissioning engineers are BPEC accredited which is critical in enhancing SAP calculations – required to commission and certificate ventilation systems to Part F of the Building Regulations for England & Wales 2010.
