Created in 2000 by Doctor Eric Van Ganse, Associated Professor of Clinical Pharmacology and Public Health Expert, PELyon conducts a broad range of research projects, with emphasis on pharmacoepidemiological studies, burden/cost of illness, adherence and Comparative Effectiveness Research. PELyon consists of Medical Doctors, Epidemiologists, Project Managers, Data Managers and Statisticians, who combine their skills and experience to address current health-related issues. PELyon aims at helping decision-makers (health authorities, biomedical industries, and healthcare settings) by offering tools that will enable them to choose between different therapeutic strategies or public health programmes.
