She tried every cream and remedy that the doctor had suggested, even a bleach bath. Yes, the Doctors do suggest this! One afternoon Dez had checked out of Walmart, when a woman approached her and asked her why child services had not taken her son. Dez found herself in shock and disbelief that this woman would assume that she gave her son these ugly abrasions. Western medication was not working for her son and she had to do something! she set out on (and successfully accomplished) a mission to finding something that would work.
