Family Disputes: As a Practitioner of alternative dispute resolutions in family transitions we work with clients to create long term resolutions with the mindset that addressing conflict now reduces conflict later. An environment of open communication is created to help clients facilitate conversation around deeply personal topics, such as shared parenting responsibilities and residential care, property division, and resolving elder care. Individuals are empowered to share their perspective, personal roadblocks and end-goal objectives, and in turn work with their fellow participants by actively listening and maintaining an openness to new experiences. Workplace Disputes: Using our deep knowledge of management, employee relations, and the nuances of delivering HR policies we work with organizations to identify root causes of conflict, create alternative solutions and implement organization-specific solutions. We bring a proactive approach to organizations going through times of transition by employing our skills in project management to prioritize business objectives, create plans to reduce/increase product ownership and/or market share, and support changes in leadership. Leadership and Conflict Coaching: Develop and improve upon leadership and conflict skills in a neutral private setting, where you take control of your ability to lead in the of adversity.
