We are five dynamic humans who are curious about the agile movement, how humans organize and working together effectively. The podcast was created as a mode for us to explore themes that really grab our interest and share those conversations with our peers and audience. It is also grounded in the believe that we are all humans and it is better for us when we can show up as our whole selves at work, so how do we do that? The podcast goes beyond the methods and tools and mostly focuses on how we relate to one another and the magic that comes out of these relationships. We also address the darker side of collaboration and try to learn from others' experiences to get out of being stuck, locked in power asymmetries and focused on short term selfish goals.
