Ruden Homes was established in 1991 as a housing development company in Carrigaline, Co. Cork. It was founded by its two of its current directors John Deane and John Ruane and under their supervision and the current board members the company has achieved a solid reputation within the housing sector. John Deane (Director) John has over 35 years experience in both the construction and banking sectors and has lead the company since its foundation. John Ruane (Director): John has over 35 years experience in the construction sector, has a trades background and managed all housing projects todate. Anthony Dinan (Non-Executive Director) Anthony Dinan was named Cork Business Man of the Year in 2006 and TCH was named Company of the year by Cork Chamber of Commerce in 2001.He headed up TCH Thomas Crosbie Holdings for 16 years until his retirement in 2010. During his time at the helm, the group expanded its operations, from 3 to 18 newspapers and acquired an interest in 5 radio stations throughtout the country. Ruden Homes expanded throughout the 90s and moved on to larger housing developments in and around Cork City and County.
