Gellert Health has redesigned healthcare for the most vulnerable populations through the delivery of health navigation addressing their two greatest barriers- lack of understanding of how to navigate the healthcare system and lack of transportation. Through a caring and efficient health navigation and transportation system, the communities most vulnerable are navigated on a road to health recovery.
