Early Childhood Council Leadership Alliance
www.ecclacolorado.orgThe mission of the Early Childhood Council Leadership Alliance (ECCLA) is to improve access to quality services and supports for young children through a statewide network of Early Childhood Councils and key stakeholders. ECCLA supports Colorado's 34 Early Childhood Councils as they collaborate locally to deliver services. Councils bring together the multiple programs and perspectives across early childhood education, health, mental health, and family support to cultivate a local voice and vision for Colorado’s youngest children. ECCLA supports Councils by providing technical assistance and capacity building, implementing shared measurement for collective impact, advocating for policies affecting early childhood issues, leveraging statewide partnerships, and serving as the collective voice for all Councils. Together, we are building and supporting Colorado’s early childhood system. Our collective effort is critical – because when families thrive and children have a strong start, our communities across Colorado are strengthened.
