VER was created in June, 2020 as a direct response to the dire need for digital entertainment and community building during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, it has solidified itself as a connectivity medium that will outlive the socially distanced requirements of the pandemic due to its convenience, ease-of-use, and ability to connect people over a wide geographic area (literally the entire world) instantly and cheaply. We specialize in remote entertainment. We have raving fans that have used our platform for corporate events, family birthday parties, hangouts with friends, professional networking opportunities, and more. Paul McDonald cofounded VER with a partner so that families, friends, and businesses can stay connected virtually with an engaging and fun platform that offers all of the convenience of a video call while simultaneously making you forget that you are, in fact, on a video call. Paul creates each VER room from scratch with his business partner, and likes to bring creativity and a sense of humor to the storylines and puzzles.
