The Aged Care Workforce Industry Council is a not-for-profit industry-led council responsible for coordinating, monitoring and reporting the implementation of the 14 Strategic Actions in the “A Matter of Care” Aged Care Workforce Strategy. The Council is committed to reforming Australia's aged care workforce. We work closely with aged care providers, workforce and consumer organisations as well as government to ensure implementation of the strategy.
