The Directors of the company have a cumulative experience of more than 120 years in the fields of Corporate Restructuring, Finance, Accounts, Corporate affairs and Manufacturing units, etc. The office of the company is situated in the center of Delhi in Connaught Place with 4000 sqft area. The company has a team of about 25 personnel, including about 15 professional viz. Advocates, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and also a supporting team of more than 10 persons. All the three directors of the company are qualified Professionals including Registered as Insolvency Professionals with Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and have vast experience of managing Manufacturing, Legal, Finance and Service providing companies. The Directors have experience of handling Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of a number of Companies which includes a company of annual turnover more than Rs. 2000 Crores.
