studio12 berlin – rental studio and project space This unique studio is located on a 22.000 square meter site called Spreestudios, which is enclosed in the Rummelsburger Bucht inlet by the river Spree, only ten minutes away from Ostkreuz train station in Friedrichshain. The lavishly designed studio with the function rooms and two rooftop patios encompasses 220 square meters over three floors. The ceiling height is almost nine meters with panorama windows on two sides. The light-flooded studio is further equipped with underfloor heating, a custom-made kitchen, a kitchenette, a fire place, a shower and two lavatories. This work space truly impresses with smart design and clear lines combined with post-industrial charm. Young Berlin designers used their own creations and unforgettable classics to furnish studio12berlin.
