Private mediator and arbitrator in various types of tort and commercial litigation including but not limited to medical negligence, product and medical device product liability, construction site accidents, trucking and other vehicular collisions, workplace accidents, intentional tort, premises liability, political subdivision liability, 1983 violations, defamation, etc. Other areas of civil litigation in which services are rendered as a mediator include various types of commercial litigation including employment, school,law, eminent domain, franchise disputes, breach of contract, CSPA, insurance coverage disputes, real estate, etc. Since the Pandemic mediations have been conducted either 1) in person in venues in which social distancing can be maintained and masks are worn when appropriate; (2) virtually on a Zoom platform adapted to mediations that insures confidentiality, privacy and safety for all mediation participants; or (3) by a combination of Zoom and “in person” to accommodate all mediation participants based of their personal preferences, needs and/ or company policies. Resolution percentage has been been no different in those mediation modalities.
