Liz started her real estate practice in 1997 after working in sales at Bell Canada and subsequently in her family owned and operated fashion retail business. Within a few years her husband John joined her after retiring from his successful commercial interior design company. As Liz’s practice grew, the team grew, adding Andrea as a dedicated Buyer’s representative and now full-time partner. We most recently added a client care manager to respond more effectively to our clients’ needs. We continue to be increasingly successful in providing a real estate service that is second to none. As a team we have over 35 years of experience working with buyers and sellers in West Toronto and Etobicoke. Liz grew up in the Parkdale/Roncesvalles area in Toronto and moved to Etobicoke with her family as a teen and continues to live and work there to this day. Andrea grew up in Bloor West Village/Baby Point and now recently moved to Etobicoke where she lives with her fiancé. As lifetime residents of West Toronto, the Stevenson Streich team has a significant advantage in knowledge and acumen, which they are able to use to help clients buy and sell under the best possible conditions. As active members in our community we feel it’s important to give back. John is involved in the Rotary Club of Toronto West and is also president of the Etobicoke Camera Club.
