MAI Design Build was established in 1985 by David Menzel to provide quality architectural engineering services to the design industry. In 2000 the company expanded its services to include general contracting as well as pre and post construction services. These additions allowed MAI Design Build to provide their unique design build structure. MAI Design Build now provides fully integrated design and construction services all in house. MAI Design Build’s capabilities include development, planning, building design and interior design, architectural engineering, pre-construction pricing and permitting services, general contracting and post construction services.
