Our mission statement is simple: To support the growth of the Colorado food industry through access, advocacy, resources and community. We’re embarking on an exciting time for the Natural Food industry! With consumer demand for “better for you” options at an all-time high and barriers of entry reasonably low, it’s the perfect atmosphere for eager entrepreneurs. Colorado’s progressive food community lends itself as the perfect location to embrace this growing economy. Colorado Food works sets out to help entrepreneurs achieve success through collaboration. Simultaneously, Denver’s Office of Economic Development has also realized the potential of the industry, and subsequently has set out to create the “Denver Food Plan”. It’s a comprehensive plan to establish Denver as the epicenter for the food industry in our country. Colorado Food Works is a strategic partner in this ambitious, yet attainable goal.
