LSE Law Review

lawreview.lse.ac.uk

The LSE Law Review is a student-run law journal seeking to provide a platform for high quality legal scholarship, with the ultimate aim of contributing to debates surrounding all areas of the law. Our Editorial Board is composed of LSE students from all years of study who are fully responsible for all editorial and organisational decisions in relation to the Review’s publication. We operate independently, albeit with endorsement, from the LSE Department of Law. The LSE Law Review welcomes submissions from every level of legal study and practice, including those from practitioners, educators, judges, and students. Submissions should take the form of a case-note, a letter to the editor or an article, and are subject to a meticulous review process before publication. Further information regarding the submission guidelines can be found on our main website. Submit your work to our Main Journal: https://lawreview.lse.ac.uk Submit your work to our Blog: https://blog.lselawreview.com For any enquiries, please contact us at: lselawreview@gmail.com. The LSE Law Review is proud to be sponsored by 3 Verulam Chambers. 3 Verulam Buildings is one of the UK’s principal sets of barristers’ chambers, with over 80 members specialising in a wide range of commercial law and practising both nationally, in other countries’ jurisdictions and internationally.
