We’ve brought together a community of passionate and knowledgeable teachers to provide over fifty classes a week. Quality instruction is provided across a diverse offering of dynamic yoga. This includes vinyasa, hatha, alignment-based yoga, flow classes, pilates, dance, aerial, energetic arts, and there is also therapeutic yoga including gentle, restorative, yin and Yoga Tune Up (ball rolling classes).
