Baghdad Business School (BBS) is a ten-month academic and professional program designed to enable Iraqi youth to work for private sector companies. BBS is administered by the Iraq Fund for Higher Education (IFHE), a US based nonprofit organization that is dedicated to improving education and employment opportunities for Iraqi youth. BBS's main goal is to address the “skill gap” in Iraq: the skills Iraqi youth lack and need to work with companies operating in Iraq.
