ReBORN FARMS is the first farm currently located in Public Housing, nationally. The ReBORN FARMS model is revolutionary, not just in its focus on agricultural technology, as we are able to grow food year-round at a large scale, shoring up and recreating the local supply chains with our focus on environmental and ecological sustainability, centering BIPOC communities and applying it to food. At ReBORN FARMS the power of our missions is reflected in our processes, how we grow , how its distributed, the carbon footprint and resource neutral model focused on zero waste, as we take on food access and food sovereignty in the midst of climate change and its implication on traditional soil agriculture, as well as communities disproportionately affected by the planetary shift.
