He has spoken and consulted with more than 200 organizations. His TEDx Talk on preventing sexual violence has been viewed around the world. Keith is a coach whose clients include college presidents, leaders of non-profits, CEOs and entrepreneurs, and independent scholars and activists. Keith is a Professionally Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Coach through Co-Active Coaching‘s Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the largest trainer of coaches in the world. Keith’s coaching approach is grounded in positive psychology research on what works, mindfulness based practices and approaches to help you get out of your own way, and a social justice lens. Keith is a national leader on social justice education. His conceptual model on aspiring allyship is widely cited in scholarly journals and was featured by the Southern Poverty Law Center and Teaching Tolerance. His work has been integrated into the leadership and diversity training programs implemented by corporations including Microsoft and Price Waterhouse Cooper. Keith works with executive leaders and other teams to develop their individual and collective capacity for social justice. Keith is an unconventional scholar who has presented more than 200 programs at national conferences and has written more than 20 articles or book chapters. His research, writing, and speaking has received national awards and recognition. He is co-author of the new book "The Curricular Approach to Student Affairs" and co-edited the book "Addressing Sexual Violence in Higher Education."
